🍻 How does the open bar work?

Our open bar system is designed to be simple and efficient:

1. Get your glass: Each person receives one glass at the start
2. Order your drink: Go to the bar and order what you want
3. Drink is poured: Your drink is poured into your glass
4. Finish your drink: Enjoy your drink at your table
5. Return for more: When finished, return to the bar with your empty glass for another drink

⚠️ Important: Please only order one drink at a time. Ordering multiple drinks per person slows down service for everyone.

🍾 What drinks are included?

Our open bar includes unlimited:

Spirits & Cocktails:
• Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whiskey
• Cocktails (Gin & Tonic, Rum & Coke, etc.)
• Mixed drinks and shots

Beer, Wine & Bubbly:
• Local and international beers
• Red and white wine
• Prosecco and sparkling wine

📋 How does the booking process work?

1. Submit your request: Fill out the form with your details and preferred date
2. We review: We check availability and confirm within 24 hours
3. Payment link: We send you a secure payment link to complete your booking
4. Confirmation: Once payment is received, your booking is fully confirmed
5. Arrive & enjoy: Show up on your date and have an amazing time!

💡 No payment is taken until we confirm your slot is available!

👥 What's the minimum and maximum group size?

We welcome groups of all sizes:
• Minimum: 2 persons (though we recommend at least 4 for the best experience)
• Maximum: 50 people per booking
• Large groups: For groups over 50, please contact us directly

⏰ What time does everything start and end?

Our events run on a strict schedule:
• Start times vary; however, we recommend: 7:00 PM sharp
• Duration: 2 hours of non-stop party
• End times will be 9:00 PM if started at our recommended time of 7:00 PM
• If you have added The After Dark add-on or booked the Ultimate package, your night will go on as long as you're having fun.
• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to get your glass and find your table

⚠️ Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may miss part of your experience!
