TERMS & CONDITIONS – "A Night Out with The Benidorm Fanatic"

1. EVENT OVERVIEW

"A Night Out with The Benidorm Fanatic" (hereafter "the Event") is a social entertainment experience hosted by 4Jaks Benidorm, featuring special guest The Benidorm Fanatic, a recognised social media personality and TV personality.

The Event includes live interaction, games, and entertainment segments, and may involve optional visits to local partner venues.

This is not a guided pub crawl or alcohol tour.

2. PURPOSE OF TICKET

By purchasing a ticket, you are paying for access to:

• The hosted social entertainment event with The Benidorm Fanatic
• Entry to the official starting and finishing venue (4Jaks Benidorm)
• Meet & greet, photo opportunities, and participation in organised games or challenges
• Branded souvenir items (if included in the ticket price)

The ticket does not include or cover:

• Alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks
• Transportation
• Food or accommodation
• Entry to any independent third-party venue

All purchases of drinks or other goods at participating venues are made directly with those venues and are subject to their individual licensing and service policies.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

All participants must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be required for entry or drink purchases at any venue.

4. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect the host, staff, and venues involved.

4Jaks Benidorm reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive.

Any participant who appears to be excessively intoxicated may be denied entry to venues or removed from the event in accordance with Spanish licensing laws.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

The Event may involve movement between independent venues. Participation in any movement or external activities is voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.

4Jaks Benidorm and The Benidorm Fanatic accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage that occurs outside of 4Jaks premises.

6. MEDIA & FILMING CONSENT

By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the Event.

All media may be used by 4Jaks Benidorm or The Benidorm Fanatic for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, TV, and other digital platforms without further consent or compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in filmed content, please inform staff at the start of the event.

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by 4Jaks Benidorm.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

If The Benidorm Fanatic is unable to appear due to illness or travel issues, 4Jaks may substitute another host or offer partial refunds at its discretion.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4Jaks Benidorm acts solely as the organiser of the entertainment portion of the Event.

Each participating venue is independently responsible for its premises, staff, and compliance with local laws.

4Jaks Benidorm, its employees, and The Benidorm Fanatic are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or loss of property
• Refusal of entry to independent venues
• Intoxication-related incidents

9. TICKETING & ENTRY

Proof of purchase (digital or printed) must be shown at 4Jaks to collect your event wristband or pass.

Your ticket grants access to the hosted experience at 4Jaks and related activities coordinated by the host.

Entry to any third-party venues remains at their discretion.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
